                                                    去年日本京都賞楓之旅


                                        住宿在神戶港灣買了三盒不一樣的咖哩塊


                                      而這北海道咖哩買回來才知道是濃湯醬塊


                                                 其它2盒做了日式咖哩麵


                                                      就剩這一盒濃湯塊


                                                    上網大概查了一下作法


                                                就今天中午來試做看看囉~~~




                                        材料:馬鈴薯 洋蔥 葫蘿蔔 白花椰 綠花椰


                                        梅花肉(也可用雞肉) 乳瑪琳 200CC鮮奶


                                                         北海道奶油濃湯塊             



                                先把白花椰跟綠花椰用水川燙2分鐘撈起備用




                                           今天用的這個義廚寶平底鍋買了快5年都沒用


                                                      今天就用來做這到白咖哩飯


                                                       先放奶油下洋蔥丁爆香




                                                              洋蔥丁爆香後


                                              把馬鈴薯 葫蘿蔔 洋蔥塊下過拌炒


 




                                                     蔬菜與奶油拌炒入味


                                                     把梅花肉下鍋一起拌炒





                                                  炒到梅花肉變色即可


 




                                                     依份量加水


 




                                             蓋上鍋蓋小火悶煮10分鐘


 




                                          把剛剛事先川燙過的白花椰菜下鍋煮


 



                                                  蓋上鍋蓋煮小火10分鐘


 



                                     所有材料都煮好把奶油濃湯塊全部加進去


 



                                                慢慢翻攪到全部濃湯塊融入湯裏


 



                                                加200CC鮮奶小火攪拌


 



                                        小火翻攪煮個5分鐘 即可                             


                                        整鍋濃稠的白醬鍋就好了


 


 



                                                 煮了好幾年的正規咖哩雞                                       


                                                   這是我第一次煮白醬


                                  


 



                                                      這一大鍋白醬鍋


                                         就是今天我跟姊姊她們的午餐囉~~~


 



 



                                       裝小碗擺上剛剛川燙過的綠花椰


                                             因為綠花椰很容易散掉


                                      所以我建議要吃在加進去就好~~~


 


 



                                        整個色澤好融合看起來就很想吃~~~


 


 


 



                                     一般咖哩我都喜歡用雞胸肉


                              因為是臨時想做的所以家裡沒雞胸肉


                          冰箱有一塊梅花肉沒煮就拿來湊和一下~~~


 


 



                                            把白飯用碗裝倒扣在盤子


 


 


 



                                        再把煮好白醬淋在盤四週


                                            在搭配綠花椰菜裝飾


                                  看到這裡是不是已經流口水了~~~


 



                                      這個白醬因為先用奶油拌炒


                                   最後還加上鮮奶味道真的濃郁香醇 


 


 


 



                                             灑上黑胡椒粒讓層次更分明


 


 


 



                                    最後綠花椰讓白醬更能顯現出來


                                       老實說味道真的是很讚~~~


 


 


 



                                            拍照那一盤就是老弟的午餐


                                    剩下這一大鍋帶去姊姊給小朋友吃~~~


 


 


 


                                


                                          9月份開始訂單遞減所以就正常週週休


                                           今天銖小妹公司去墾丁2天一夜旅遊


                                                      所以我就在家閒著


                                            忽然看到這一盒北海道白醬塊


                                                          因為快過期了


                                                 所以就去市場買蔬菜食材


                                            因為以前沒做過白醬也沒吃過


                                         想說這一盒白醬會不會被我給搞砸


                                           結果做好自己吃了以後真的很好吃


                                         帶去姊姊家姊姊她們也說好吃喔~~~

                                                只是作法跟一般咖哩是一樣


                                                 所以我才會以為是白咖哩塊


                                                       而是一種奶油濃湯塊


                                                   所以趕緊糾正過來~~~
