材料: 版豆腐      雞胸肉切絲   蒜末 辣椒 蔥段 九層塔


 




                                          先把版豆腐稍微煎過盛起備用  




                                                             爆香


                                                      下雞胸肉絲快炒


                                                加點蠔油醬油砂糖拌炒


                                                      加點水把剛剛煎過的版豆腐下鍋


                                                          起鍋前下九層塔即蔥段拌炒


                                                         湯汁稍微收乾即可


 


 


 



                                          這一道也是用雞胸肉切絲加上煎過的版豆腐


 


 


 



                                            起鍋前在加點九層塔提味


 


 


 



                                         做法跟蒜香肉末豆腐大同小異


                                                 只是雞絲吃起來比較不油膩


 


 



                                 版豆腐煎過就是多了一份香氣


                                               我喜歡這樣的料理方式~~~


 





                                              這樣的雞絲豆腐很下飯喔~~~


 


 


 



                                      今天的配菜~~~清炒大白菜


 


 


 



                                                        我喜歡白菜料理


                              像白菜燴豆腐 白菜燴雞柳  扁魚燴白菜 或者花枝沙茶魯


 


 



                                      這樣只有用薑絲及辣椒清炒也是很好吃~~~


 


 


 



今日晚餐                                           雞絲豆腐+清炒大白菜           


 


 


 


                                               最近心情有點低落常常失眠


                                        因為擔心某件事讓自己常常想到掉淚


                                              很多事情我都是很樂觀面對
